help diff to shaft rattle!

Hi ,I am replacing my front diff on my 4runner which has always had rattly front props which i was told would be the brass bushings , so i bought the bushings ready for the diff replacement job, now i have the replacement diff ready to go on i can see that the bushings are not relative to where the rattle is coming fromwhich is where the front driveshafts bolt to the hubs either side of the front diff , there is a bit of movement where the hubs go into the diff assembly on the replacement diff, but a lot more on the existing diff which is to be removed,
hope this all makes sense to someone!!

before i dismantle the diff to investigate , is there any obvious repair /parts to lokk out for or parts to buy ,
