This newbie needs suspension advice

Me and my 1994 Hilux Surf live in Africa where off-roading happens everyday. The roads here are beating my car to death. How should I go about improving the suspension so all these holes, dips and hills don't continue to destroy my Surf?

I'm a missionary so a budget is in play here. Looking for the most bang for the buck.
