Could somebody please tell me if you can do a body lift without this affecting the radiator or fan thanks.

Depends on how high you go. For example, if you go up a couple of inches you will need to drop the radiator. Have a look at his thread on the Australian site. It will give you all you need to know:

on a 2.4 the rad has to be dropped the same amount as the body lift.

On a 3.0 the lower shroud just needs taking off or adjusting to suit, though there's no reason you couldnt drop the rad on a 3.0 too, and leave the fan and shroud working at their optimum.
