###### rear window lol

right my rear window has started to go slow up and down sometimes stopping and needing a hand up and down lol

strpped the covers off everything loks clean greased and no real reasont o jam could it be the motor packing up? or any other known probs i have had a nosey on search but cant seem to find much i think relivant unless im being blind lol

alos if it is amotor is it a big job to change?

get some silicon spray from local motor factors, halfrauds, some supermarkets spray on the edges of the window or in the runners themselves - should make a big difference

sorry forgot to say done all this in regulators sliders etc at work

the tailgate motor is easy enough to swap over.
its easier with the tailgate down then it is up.Make sure you have something to take the weight of the window else you'll need a new one aswell

So u think it sounds like a motor dying lol can u take motor off with out taking reg out?

yea you can as its only 3 x 8mm bolts holding it in.You will need to feel behind the motor tho to find the bolts but its easy enough

i got a motor in the breaker here for £25 delivered but i wont be able to get it out till the weekend tho

Ya may wanna check the Runners on the bottom of the window (they corrode n rust away) n the poly/nylon wheels are as they should be (they sometimes wear unevenly)

There's always a Payback .... But don't expect any warning !!!!
