IE MOVING RAD AND DIFFS ETC?

I DONT DO ANY MAJOR OFF ROADING ALTHOUGH WILL BE GREEN LANING IT OCCASSIONALLY.

Depends on how many beer tokens you're willing to part with.

    Budget
Body lift is a quick and cheap way to gain 2" hieght, but your suspension remains the same. Put in some coil spacers or +2 coils with new shocks, then tweak your front torsoin bars will give you a another 2" and then able to fit 33" tyres.

    Intermediate
2" body lift and a proper 2" suspension lift kit. IE new torsions bars diff drop brackets etc then fit 33" tyres

    More money
you can get full 4" suspension lift kits, plus 2" body lift. Not sure if 35" tyres fit or not though.

    Loadz a wonga
Solid axle swap you're front end, convert to leaf springs all round with 5-6" lift, plus body lift and put on 35"

Those more in the know feel free to correct me

      Hi Nez
Dr Biosurf recommends you make yourself a cuppa and a fairly serious snack, do searches for lift / suspension lift/ body lift and trawl through all the threads. It will take some time (hence the bevage and snack) but will be worth it.

      Very briefly
For greenlaning you can leave everything stock and put some A/T tyres on and be fine.

Main reason for doing a lift is to fit bigger tyres which give the benefit of raising the height of your diffs and giving you more clearance, stopping you from grounding out on very rutted tracks.
Other reason is to fit big tyres cos they look cool! D

Larger tyres will make your MPG drop and will make it handle differently.

You dont really need to move the rad, though its no effort as long as you have the correct brackets.

Is the milners lift body or sus? Personally, if you just want a little bit of a lift, I'd go for sus as its more useful, but as others have said, for 95% of greenlaning, a set of decent ATs will see you through.

you will need to get some bumper brackets made up as the milners kit does not come with them butbiosurf will tell you they are easy to make as he bought a 2"bodylift from me without the bumper brackets or rad brackets

inch and a half is fine !!
i have the 2" inch lift, but i got that off tonyn. there is a small amount of remedial work you need to do for a body lift, loosen off the locknut on the splined part of the steering column, very small possibility of loosening off handbrake and fuel filler(i didnt have to),maybe loosen off h/brake.you will probably though have to cut a little out of the transmission tunnel, the low range lever will foul the tunnel otherwise and you wont be able to use lo range.going for a 1 1/2 lift will make the job a bit easier
                        Non intercooled nothing.
