The alloy is genuine Toyota off what I dont know.

The stud holes on the rim arent tapered, they are cylindrical.

The nut in the pic is the old one off the original steel rims and dont seem to suit.

Jim, your alloys look like they're the same sort that were on the car that lost the wheel. If they are, they're Land Cruiser 80 rims and they use washer and sleeve type nuts.

Toyota apparently make more than one than one length of these so you better check that the sleeve doesn't stick out of the back of the wheel rim before you instal the wheels on your car.
