I'm pretty sure my air-con radiator is clogged up from driving through deep mud, and is causing some slight cooling problems (temp gauge starts to rise if I push it up a big hill or try and maintain any speed over 65, otherwise it's fine). I've already removed, cleaned, and re-fitted the main radiator, but I stupidly didn't think to clean the air-con radiator when the main one was out. However, knowing what the mud was like on the main radiator, I don't think that simply spraying water over it will be particularly effective.
Is there an easy way to remove and refit the air-con radiator (front mounted, not underneath)? I'm guessing that it'll result in the system being de-gassed? I'd rather not lose the air-con if possible, so I don't really want to ditch the radiator. Anyone have a step-by-step?
