Looks like the one the Boyo fitted, although any simialr cooler will do you, plenty of write ups on em, do a quick search, i think the dextron 111 is ok but i'd double check, another search!!

I've got this one... There's a 16 row Serck one behind there with a 7" mitsubishi fan behind it.

Dunno how effective it is yet cos I aint gonna give the truck a proper workout for a month or so.

i always like the look of the rangerover bogbrush style ones, nice n easy to fit in and tuck up safely behind the grill but still get airflow to it

I've got this BMW cooler to fit somewhere in there when i get round to it,
but i have find some way of fitting some tails into the inlets, short of finding a beamer with the pipes still in place, i dunno, it's alloy to so i cant weld em in there, any ideas??

You can weld alloy - just take it to a repair shop that are used to welding it.

Why not make some close tolerance fittings and bond them in place - there's not much pressure in the autobox - only a few psi - I'll try and find out how much it is.

Paul, i've forgot what model bmw it's off, it did say in the add (ebay) a trudge roung your local breakers might get ya one cheapish, and grab the imediate pipework that bolts on it too,

Boyo, yes i been trying to think of ways of securing the pipes in it, i think it originally had a alloy block with pipes formed in it like the surf aircon rad under the dash, i've got one of them and one of the pipes is an exact fit but the other is a small pipe, this cooler needs two the same as the big one, if i can find some tube (copper or brass) the right dia i can make a block to bolt em on
also id like to fit a thermostat switch and bypass so the fluid only starts through the cooler when it's up to temp, already got the temp gauges in place (but the last bodge up cooler rad leaked ) need a word with matt about them
