Open the tailgate, there are two screws on the inside edge of the cluster, then gently ease out the unit (it's held in on the outside edge by two prongs pushed into rubber grommets).

When I'd initialy unscrewed them I was being a bit too 'light' handed and couldn't remove the cluster due to the rubber gromets in fear of breaking something! Sorted now, cheers!
