Inner CV joints...

Well I've done a search for Inner CV joints, but it seems as it's never been mentioned before!

Just had my Smurf MOT'd and the tester said that the above is broke. Has anyone else had broken inner CV joints before? Are they difficult to replace?

i've snapped the drive shaft if thats any consolation while off roading.
I don't know how hard they are to replace but i keep a couple of shafts spare now for my own supply incase another goes
