Alloys, l200 fit?

looking for new alloys on Ebay and wondered if these would fit the Surf/4Runner?

They have the same stud pattern I think, anyone got these fitted?

they have the same 6 stud pattern so would fit onto a surf, doesn't say the offset though. So may have to check that

standard surf wheel offset is 8j
