  • laser wheel alignment

This place are local to me, and they'll fully align the front end of my truck for £70 +vat at my location.

    Does that sound reasonable?

Yeah, I just had mine done for £80 including VAT. Makes a hell of a difference too.

Yes, its a full align. It's miles out since fitting BJ spacers.

        Sounds good then!

I'd go with it, do they travel to Basingstoke? (assuming they are any good!)

Will ask when I get mine done after the Wales trip. Since fitting the spacers, its eating the front tyres. Need to do the track rod ends first too, as a precaution.

Tyres r us is the place i use and it's £25 for a full laser setup, castor, camber kingpin etc, takes abot 45mins - 1hr to do and well worth every bean. You get a printout of before and after showing tolerance and differences.

How come I only paid £18 for mine then???

They used lasers, removed the steering wheel and put it back on straight, had two test drives and two final tweeks before they were happy that everything was OK before letting me drive out, plus I got a print out of the before and after results.

                Independant garage BTW.

                    ?
They should straighten your steering wheel first then clamp it to the floor so it can't move when adjusting.
