Do you definately need the whole arm, or would just changing the nylon bushes fix the free play? (a very cheap fix for me)

there was a lot of play in the balljoint i changed the bushes last month

Milners seem to be good at that. I bought some brake bits a few weeks ago for around £3 that had been £8 in their last catalogue. They seem to pass savings on, unlike some.

Dog Lovers

Nice to know there are so many doggy people on the site. I hope you will all come to a dog show i am trying to organise in London on Hampstead Heath. They have never held one there and we hope to get many personalities to come and judge the fun classes, but don't start washing the dog yet, the show will be in 2006, with all monies going to Charity.

The nes steering idler arm also has a grease nipple which is handy as my old one did'nt

MY SURF now has an MOT certificate. all it needed was a new steering idler arm. SORTED!
