MR2 Intercooler

Does anyone know if the MR2 intercooler is the same size as the L200 intercooler and if not could you see any reason why one would not fit, had a look at one in ebay and the pipework seems to fall in the write place, any thoughts

So i asume the L200 is quit tight but if its pushed tight upto the bulkhead, then how much room are you left with to get to top up the oil?

I believe the oil fill is an issue with a 2.4. There's a few who've done the mod to 2.4s. Try a search as The Lovely Boyo did a bit of a write up when he did his.

mine is the first one with the blue pipes.

Hmmmm, got me thinking now, im on nights next week so ill have plenty of time with the lathe and some nylon, may just go for the 1.5" body lift and then sort out the intercooler after, i'd definitely prefer your intercooler idea as it leaves plenty of access to the oil bits.
