T-Belt Warning Light changed from km to miles?

I know that the T-Belt warning light comes on every 100,000km but my Surf has been fully converted to read miles as the trip, odometer and speedo all read miles.

My question is, will this affect when the T-Belt Light comes on? Will the conversion also convert the T-Belt light to come on every 60,000Miles or will the conversion have the opposite effect and mean that the light now comes on every 100,000Miles?

it will come on 100,000 units after it was last reset, whether they be miles or kms (or a combination of both if it was converted part way through a cycle)
