Has any one had a problem with filling up as it takes ages to put even £10.00 in the tank , it seems that there is an obstruction in the filler neck, any one had this problem before--thanks Karl

It could be that the breather pipe is blocked, this would normally allow air to escape the tank as the fuel goes in.
take off back o's wheel and you will see the plastic shroud that covers the tank pipes that go from filler neck to tank.
the breather is the smaller diameter pipe.
if the hose clip are in good condition you can undo them and check for blockages.
if they are rusted just cut them off and replace with suitable hoseclips.
