  • Kzn185 wheel alignment settings

    I have searched here and Yotatec for the wheel alignment (tracking / geometry ) settings for the 3rd Gen kzn185 with no joy . Has anyone got them ???
    I have put all the above (kzn , tracking etc ) incase anyone searches for info again .
    Need to get wheel alignment done asap .

    Castor (Deg) 0.78 -+ 0.75
    Camber (deg) 0.30 -+ 0.75
    Toe-in (mm) 2.9 -+ 2
    Steering Axix inclination (KPi) deg 12.27 -+ 0.75
    Tyre preasure (kPa) 170
    Rear:-
    Camber (deg) DNA
    Toe-in (mm) DNA
    Tyre Preasure (kPa) 240
    Wheel size Standard 6Jx16/205R16R/F 6PR

      I have seen those settings on here before Vince , but I am not sure they are correct for 3rd gen .
      Rob did post some on an attachment photo on a thread but I could not read them clearly to copy.

          Ok then , I will take them tomorrow and see how the Surf sets up.

              I still have not found any bumkin garage that has 21st century tracking equipment to do the set up . Back in London I could have asked several people I know and not paid either !!

                Okay, well I'll go for these tomorrow when I get new rears. Let you know how I get on.

                (new Yoko's went on the front today, and then I saw that the rears were low too)

                  They could only do toe .. and they couldn't get the bolts slackened to do it.

                  D'oh.

                  There is a place round the corner, in Fleet, that can do caster/camber and toe. Tehy did my Honda, I might get the bolts slackened and take it down there.

                        Set-Back +0.00 (-0.36 .. +0.35)
                        Camber +0.10 (-0.35 .. +0.55)
                        Caster +2.25 (+1.40 .. +3.10)
                        King-Pin - NA
                        Included Angle - NA

                        REAR

                        Total Toe - NA
                        Partial Toe - NA
                        Camber - NA
                        Thrust Angle +0.00 (-0.15 .. +0.15)

                          Ive only got the picture as posted by someone else i did print it out and the Tracking guy understood what it was.
