Hmmmm... oil leak

Block all power washed off now, and theres no sign of oil coming from anywhere around there... but the mysterious black drimp is back, and coming from in between the gear box and the engine, but i will back this up with pictures for a nobel diagnosis from someone on here?

Took these earlier, i'm pretty sure from the looks of things, that its the crank seal??
