pick up help

hi can anyone out there help me .
im taking the discs off my hilux pick up .
i have the disc and hub off but cant seem to seperate the disc from hub !!
are they one unit or does it seperate??????
i have removed the two bolt that i thought held the disc to hub just wont budge even belting it with a hammer !

You may have to punch the wheel studs out depending on what year truck it is.

cheers tony thats what i was after just went out and battered them and hey presto was able to further batter the disc from the hub cheers mate!!
