Duel mass flywheel or not

I have a 1989 2.4 TD LN130, G-GJMGX Surf and how do I know for sure what Flywheel I have without taking it apart. Someone said 89's dont have a duel mass but others say it does?

Unless it has been converted already then it will have a dual mass.

With regard to the '89 it depends on the model. An LN61 will have a solid flywhel but the LN130 series are dual mass so you can't just go by year of manufacture.

Thanks, Im going to get the conversion kit from roughtrax as its way cheaper than anywhere in ireland. They said they have sold hundreds of these and no problems. I dont think its worth all the extra money for such an old car.£310 is a good price for the kit, what else should I replace when im in there?

Do the Rear Main Seal (crank seal) at least.

Thanks I will, I think its in the kit from roughtracks. I also got the Spigot bearing too. Must do everything in there.
