Hi anybody, Just started to remove drivers door card to work on the loom and stuck already. How do you dis connect the door lever.I have removed the screw in the middle but its still stuck.
Do I feel like a plonker or what.

The rear ones need a good firm push forwards, never had the front doorcard off yet though, or not that i can remember anyway

Yeah front and back both the same just push it forward with the screw undone and it will unclip...

Thanks Guys. Talk about falling at the first hurdle!
Anyway, door card off,loom out and as I was told, I had 3 broken wires at the point between the door and pillar. Cleaned them up, soldered them back together and re-fitted loom and card. Hey Presto, windows go up and down,central locking works as it should and I am a happy bunny again.
For anyone with the same problem and a bit wary about fixing it themselves, try it, its a piece of p*ss ( as long as you can get the door latch off).
