Where I can get some new mounting stuff for my Baja spotlights?

One of the rings (2 metal washer type things with rubber in between) broke today and I need some new ones.

Anyone?

Local hardware store, get some washers and some rubber and make em yourself, i have a garage full of junk and always end up making stuff like that myself.
