diaphram in servo is fubared, or vent valve faulty, diapham can't return pressure or vaccum on wrong side=brakes applied - remove pipe= no action on servo, brakes off! simple realy!
(have to admit it is a bit of a guess!!!!!!!!could be wrong he he)Did I mention I have a BLUE one

im guessing there is a vacumm pump with a pressure release valve some where?
i rang the garage tonight and they are still scratching their heads and talking of stripping out all the behind the dash link rods(servo on n/s ) connecting the pedal to the servoSurf.gone but not forgotten

update
the garage was still working on it at 5 tonight, they recon its a part that is attached to the bulkhead behind the engine, its part of the link rods from pedal to servo some ball joint thingy pug uk recon they have never sold one to a vehicle that hasnt been in a front end crash, had mine from new so i know its not from crash damage
should be complete tomoz i will post the definitive answer on hereSurf.gone but not forgotten
