anything I should know before trying to knock broken stud out on rear hub?

    any tips do's/dont's?

I'm thinking big hammer/heat/punch should do it.

any tips on seating the new one?

    cheers.

Rears are easy, belt it out, or use a ball joint seperator. Feed new one through hole and pull it in with a wheel nut and a couple of washers or a socket.
