Removal of Passenger side Window motor

Trying to remove the rear passenger side window motor so that I can trnsplant it into the rear window.

Having difficultly getting the motor out or even seeing in to do anything. does anyone have any tips?

Have got as far as taking card of and undoing 2 10mm bolts that are close to what feels like the motor
