  • Wheel Spacer Torque?

    Hi All,

I am about to put my spacers on (ones from Roughtrax).

Having a few trepidations about the whole "safety" thing!

I'm afraid they will come loose and the wheel might come off!

Is the torque settings for the nuts the same as for the wheel nuts?

    113 nm / 83 ft/lb

Or, should I tighten them as much as I can!

Anything else I should know about fitting spacers?

    Need to know asap!

    Thanks!

    Gary

Use the same torque, I've broken spacer studs in the past doing them over 100ft/lb (and Toyota ones to)

Two grunts with the Toyota toolkit, wheel nut wrench is tight enough.
