the front bumper is 8 bolts .......the grill will come off by removing the side lights then there are clips top and bottom (note you will probably need to remove the grill for better access), I haven't done the rad yet but vince says it takes about 45 mins and will probably be here later to answer that one

not too sure about the radiator, but the bumper is relatively straight forward.
Locate two bolts at the front either side of the radiator holding the centre of the bumper, there is a nut in each wheel arch which can be a bugger to get too. About a week before I was set to undo them I soaked them in WD40. Think the nut size is 9/16 or what ever the metric version is

Four M8 bolts hold the rad on. Two either side. Only one that's a real sod to get at is the bottom O/S one.
