i have a tow bar of a 92 hilux and was worndring if it will fit a 92 4runner , dose in need moded?

If its a Hilux Surf bar it'll fit, if its a Hilux Pickup then normally they foul on the tailgate as it hangs down lower than the pickup ones, and also has a bumper that the pickups don't have.
