  • towing a surf auto

    my surf has broke down on me about 2miles from home the woodruff key has gone on the crankshaft pully ill need to get it towed home to repair can i do this on a auto without doing any more damage or will i have to disconnect the prop shaft first

    Bushwacker's covered this thread a million times before (give or take a few) Set the autobox to Neutral and the transfer box to neutral and you should be ok if it's so close to home (don't tow it at 100 mph though!).

      Should be ok, as has already been said put both levers in neutral, and take it easy
