Just a quick question how does one get at the indicators on the side of the wings do you have to go up through the wheel arch.

Nope, they just "pop" off mate!

Put a thin knife or screwdriver in one end and "gently" lever them up and out!

As I recall they are held by indentations on the surround and protrusions on the lense, I think!
