intercooler ideas please

Right then peebs. Ive got every thing bar the hoses to do this cooler mod. Now i need some brains on the job. How the hell am i going to connect up??
All advice and ideas will be great fully appreciated.
Oh and did i say there's a good drink in it when i actually meet any of you.

Just had a look Rich but things are a bit different on his, ie; his turbo is at the top, mines way down witch makes it harder to connect up. Think ill drop him a pm. Thanks Rich.

Yea its a fair bit different in regards from and location of turbo

one of the others that have fitted them will be along sometime to give you some advice on it

You gonna have to think about some ali welding!

My idea was to buy another ali crosspipe (case i bork it) and weld in a flange just before the throttle assembly.(obviously you would need to seal the other side of the pipe) you could then try and connect to that. on the turbo side just a matter of routing the right hoses to the intercooler!??

Post a load of pics of the engine from different angles as it is now and I'll have one of my little obsessive / compulsive things and figure something out.

I have had a look at the 3.0 so I've got a fair idea already.

DO NOT scrimp on the silicone hoses - one of the Aussies did and they only lasted a week before they split.
