How do I remove the drivers side door card?
I have all the fixings and screws out but it is now held in by the door release handle, the screw is out of the centre but it doesn't seem to want to come away.
Don't want to force it and damage anything.

What you need to do is pull the door handle assembly forward. This may require some force as it is held in by two molded plastic "hooks". You could try using a flat screw driver held against the front of the molding and behind the handle and a firm but gentle tap on the handle with your favourite hammer or other like device. Don't be too afraid this is a fairly robust molding and can take some abuse.
Once you have it loose you may have to rotate the door panel [card] 90 degrees to get the handle through the opening.

Re installation is the reverse you may have to use the hammer like device to set the handle molding back in place.
