underslung spare

Hi all, want to to put spare tyre under rear of a gen 3. has anybody got the winch mechanism for this mod, or do you know if a normal hilux winch is the same. woud be grateful for any idea's

I spoke to Toyota on Monday and you can buy the 3rd gen winch direct from them for £51.00 + vat and its readily available (according to them). The part number they gave me was 51900-35230 which corresponds to the one in my parts catalogue.

Of course there may be other bits needed to make it fit and work correctly...hope this helps
