Fuel tank breather

Does anybody know where the breather for the diesel tank on a 1990 2.4 runs. Mine sounds like it's blocked and I can't be bothered to lie under the truck in this weather

I think it runs alongside the filler pipe and ends up in or around the inside of the fuel filler flap area
