Rear Diff Seals

Following on from the wonderful advice i received earlier, i have another question for people to advise me on.
got a leak on my rear diff, and it's leeking onto the wheel (or into the wheel) got a new inner and outer diff seal to put on, how easy is it to change and does anyone have any magical words of wisdom / diagrams?

And also is changin the dampers as much of a piece of urine as i think it is?

the rears are the more awkward ones as you have to get over the chasis and undo the nuts blind but the fronts are ok tho
