2.4 inlet manifold wiring

I removed to do head change when putting back on cant remember how the wiring connects at bottom of the manifold. What holds the earth wire in place is there a sleeve? iv got the black plastic washer with metal outside but it looks like somethings missing, can anyone help with a diagram of the inlet manifold and all components?

You should find that there are 2 ring fittings, the larger hole goes up first, it a Neg connection, then the black plastic insulator (metal bit facing down) then the small connector (power to the manifold heater) and its nut and washer.
