Change fuel pump top seal - help please

I need to change the top seal on my fuel pump, would appreciate any help with this and any helpful links. Do you need to remove all the pipes above the pump to get to it? Is there anything I should not remove? does the top llift off after removing allen screws?. Any help much appreciated thanks

The non-EFI pump is a dog to do, I hope you have EFI motor.

Hi thanks for the info dont know if its EFI tried to upload photo but too many KBs. It looks pretty much like the one in this link. Im presuming EFI is the fuel pump, why is non-EFI harder to change?
