access to door mirrors

Hi Fellow Surfers,
Can anyone out there tell me how to access the door mirror mounts?
Does the little triangular plastic trim prise off, or does the entire door trim have to come off?

It does but do it gently.

So it does, Cheers, but it seems that I've got to remove the door card to access the wiring anyway.
