Quick cam belt check

Whats the easiest and simlpiest way to look at cam belt?I was assured it had been done at 100000km its now 135000 only had it a few days and want to make sure everything is sorted b4 I start using it properly.The cover bolts look as if they have been out but didnt want to start unbolting loads if there was a small checking cover somewhere I had not spotted cheers PeP

If you're at all uncertain, replace it. There's no easy way to tell how old it is,
even if you inspect it.
