Auto box cooling systems

Have been browsing some US toyota sites and this seems like quite a popular thing to do.
Has anyone on done this?? How easy would it be for an amateur to do??

Dead easy, I got one on mine pickup, an narrow extra Rad just clips behind the water rad, then pull one of the hose to the original rad cooler, into the new rad, then new rad to old radiator fitting and your good to go.

Always remmended, especially if your towing.
