measure the ride height b4 you start.measure from the rim to the wheel arch both sides.i marked the bolt and frame so i knew how many full turns each time the lines lined up.
when i did mine i cranked up each one about 8 full turns of the bolt then took the surf for a quick spin to settle the suspension and then re-measure and adjust again to the required amount if needed.Make sure you jack the front end so the wheels are completely off the ground

      Thanks Richard
I've no trouble doing the job, already sprayed the bolts with WD40, just being a bit lazy wanting to know how many turns on the bolts to save me jacking it up and letting it down to many times.
Have ordered new rear springs from Milners and spacers off Danno, hopefully they will be here for the weekend so i can fit them then lift the front.

by the time you got some new springs on there it should bring it back to standard on the rear as i would say you got a saggy arse on there at the mo
unless your getting lift springs of course
