hes got a total of 23" of lifts in there (3 inch Body Lift, 10 inch Suspension Lift, 6 inch Chassis Mount Lift, 4 inch Shackle Lift)

but he seems to have "over" cleared them

whats the least needed for something like that?

Depends how much suspension travel you want, imagine the front wheel on full lock so its closer to the bulkhead, than allow for the up suspension movement and you won't have a lot of space left.

That truck was built to be the biggest street legal crewcab in the UK, so lift was determind by other show trucks out there.
