Tailgate removal? how?

Hello all, i know this is a surf forum but i am in need of help removing my tailgate from my 92 hilux.

does anyone know how to? or knows of a site which may explain it?

didnt realise i had to remove the hinges first so it would drop down enough for me to reach the bolts.
