  • New Springs.

I intend to replace my springs soon, and I was wondering if you need to replace the shocks too. The existing shocks look like they have been replaced withinthe last couple of years or so.

    Thanks,

    Shab.

If they've been replaced recently, the shocks should be OK, if your changing springs to get more axle articulation off road, then the shocks won't be long enough and will bottom out before the springs are fully extended, if the trucks only used for road work then standard length shocks are OK with +2" springs.

Thanks Tony. The +2" springs you mention, are they the ones from Roughtrax?

      Thanks again,

      Shab.
