poly bushes

just recieved poly bushes for my rear anti role bar.

questions is, there is a little tube of super grease in with it. do i put it on the inside of the bush when fitting it.?

if not whats it for?

Yes put it on the surface that will touch the bar.

use a little fairy liquid if you can't get them in the brackets... it will wash out soon enough.

So will the grease. I hate poly bushes. Can't beat good old fashioned rubber.
