    now that i can find vince, also could i use a grease that i use on the rubber seals of my airgun thats silicone ???(it stops the rubbers perishing)

      I suppose you could use it, but wouldn't it be messy and how would you apply it?

          $$$$$$ window is playing up again. Motor is whizzing around like a good and I had to help the window up this evening.
          It's only a hobby!

            missus just got back from back halfords with a tin of 3in 1 silicone spray,cor talk about take her time its only half mile away, she said she had to stop halfway for a breather ,lol oops sorry

              Are you sure the motor gear and regulator teeth are meshing properly. I've changed lots of motors that the spindle is worn loose through the motor body, and the gear moves away from the regulator teeth, and wears the ends off them.

                  hi phil i am having trouble with my window too,i have greased everything that
                  moves,but while in there spraying grease,i noticed something that looks like
                  the points on one of my old cars i had years ago,what do they do and do they need cleaning thanks chris
