Lifter Pump sucking

Hi

Fault code 12 yet again, Iv reconected the pump, blow down the return pipe
drove about 2 miles and all seems well off to do a job later about 5 miles away so will let you know how it goes.

Yes still the same but got about 4 miles before it done it again
I have also took the tank breather pipe off.

Hi All

Right iv cleaned the filter in the tank it had a black film of s**t round it and its been OK all week.

So thank for the ideas and a great big THANKS to Vagrant.
