Doors rusting

The bottom corners of my doors are rusting. I had the problem on my BMW because the drain holes were blocked, but the ones on the surf seem fine, don't understand why, and want to do something about it before it gets too bad. At the moment you can't see it from the outside with the door shut, you have to open it up and look underneath. Has anyone else had this problem or got any ideas to fix it?
