turbo removal

can anyone tell me how to remove the turbo from my 1992 2.4 have to fit new turbo to exhaust gasget

Take off all the air tubing to and from the turbo, take off the heat sheilds, slip off any vacuum pipes, unbolt the turbo with a pair of double jointed hands!
