Hi can anyone tell me the biggest tyre size you can put on a Mk2 with changing the suspension.

Hi can anyone tell me the biggest tyre size you can put on a Mk2 with changing the suspension.

Someone will correct me if I am wrong but I am sure that 31 inch tyres are generally the largest tyres you can get on standard suspension.

With a small lift on the back (1.5 - 2 inch) and the front torsion bars cranked a bit you can get 32's on.

yeah, 31x10.5/15 were an option from the factory. 33's usually need 3" of lift and a little adjusting of the front bumper.
